Zapah Naturals

Brief

 
Zapah Naturals is a small business within the bath and body products industry. They sell products both online and at trade shows. Until recently, the majority of their business has been via word of mouth and at the previously mentioned trade shows. The client knew this had to change. She wanted to put her focus and attention towards creating an online shopping experience that was both aesthetic and user friendly. There were three issues though, the current e-commerce solution was broken, a lot of products were populated with incorrect information, and the site was completely unresponsive on mobile devices. The client’s online business was at a complete stop and something needed to be done.

 Solution

 
Now that we had identified the site’s existing problems, we structured our development schedule around the configuration and testing of Woocommerce. We knew setting up a new e-commerce system would be the most time consuming aspect of this project. By focusing on e-commerce support, we were able to provide the client and customer a bug-free, easy to use shopping experience. We spent the remainder of our time looking at the implementation of marketing solutions such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and more. By the end of the development cycle, we had a site that was responsive, thoroughly tested, and functional.
